Providing actionable insights that drive positive change in organizations
Complimentary membership in this community is open to anyone who may be interested in the betterment of organizations. This includes I/O practitioners, students, and professionals across a wide range of disciplines.

What Our Members are Saying
What a fantastic experience. It is a bright spot in my month. I get to apply my expertise, learn new ways to approach situations, and meet our new members.
I love coming every month to meet our guests, hear their challenges, and participate in the discussion. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.
When I volunteered as a guest, I didn't know what to expect. During the meeting, I received many solutions and have implemented several into my business. This was the best experience - from the onboarding meeting, to the actual meeting, and then the support after the meeting. You have to do it!
