Membership in our Co-Lab is open to anyone who may be interested in the betterment of organizations. This includes I/O practitioners, students, and professionals across a wide range of disciplines. Our CO-LAB values: With a bit of CREATIVITY and OPTIMISM, we can create LEARNING opportunities that increase AMBITION and BRILLIANCE in the world.
The specific objectives AC plans to implement include:
Create a learning community where students and professionals can come together to share their wealth of knowledge and experiences.
Share clear, research-based recommendations on best practices that will increase productivity and positivity in the workplace.
Establish networking opportunities to connect with other I/O and business professionals.
Build and promote internship opportunities for those seeking experience in the field of I/O psychology.
